A man contacted 9-1-1 to report a drug deal gone bad. He told officers he went with a friend to a house on Owensville Road in Rush Township to buy drugs. He reported that the people inside pulled guns on him and told him to leave. He told deputies he feared the men were going to kill him.

When officers spoke with his friend, he explained that while they were at the house, a woman there accused him of turning in her son and getting him arrested. He said a man on the scene had a gun but did not threaten anyone with it. They also told him to leave the property, and they complied.
A deputy gave the man a ride to the Briar Patch.
