Drug Traffickers Caught in Vanceburg Early This Morning
It all started with a simple turn signal violation.
Shortly after 2 am, Officer Carrington of the Vanceburg Police Department pulled over a vehicle for improper turning/signal. What followed was a significant drug arrest.
KIRK MIRACLE, 49, was charged with:
FAILURE TO OR IMPROPER SIGNAL
POSS CONT SUB 1ST DEG, (METHAMPHETAMINE)
TRAFF IN CONT SUB, 1ST DEGREE, (METHAMPHETAMINE)
DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS
BOBBIE RICHARDS, 43, was charged with:
POSS CONT SUB 1ST DEG, (METHAMPHETAMINE)
TRAFF IN CONT SUB, 1ST DEGREE, (METHAMPHETAMINE)
DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS
Both are being held, without bail, at the Lewis County Detention Center.
