Drug User Flips Out in Wayne Hills
A panicked man contacted officers at 8:15 pm to report someone was chasing him with a gun in Wayne Hills. He claimed his stalker was hiding behind a building.
When officers arrived at the scene to investigate, they determined that the man was suffering from paranoid delusions due to drug use and turned him over to a drug response team.
