Drunk Driver Drops Kid at School, Crashes Into Car 

Scioto County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a man after he dropped off a child at Clay Local Schools, hit the curb, and then crashed into another vehicle.  

Deputies suspected the man might be intoxicated and sent for an Ohio State Trooper to administer a sobriety test. Officers arranged for the vehicle to be towed and arrested Brian Carter for OVI, endangering children, and driving without a license.

This was Carter’s 14th visit to the Scioto County Jail. Previous arrests include trafficking in cocaine, drug possession, contempt, domestic violence, receiving stolen property, parole violation, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, DUI, and driving without a license.
