Drunk Man Waves Gun on High Street
Deputies responded to High Street after a caller said a man was waving a gun around. The witness said the man was walking in the direction of the First Stop and was pulling a gun.
Officers caught up with the man who was carrying a gun and appeared intoxicated. Police took him into custody for having a weapon under a disability and using a weapon while intoxicated.
Assault Reported on Turkey Foot Road
EMS and Officers responded to Turkey Foot Road after a confused man called in to say he was bleeding from the head and wanted a deputy.
When deputies arrived on the scene, he said a man had hit him in the back of the head. However, he refused further medical attention from EMS.
Woman Causes Scene at Déjà vu Hair Salon
Officers responded to the Déjà vu Hair Salon just after 2 pm after the building owner reported a woman causing problems at the business.
Officers spoke to the building owner, who told them that the woman in question lived down the street. A deputy spoke to the woman and advised her to stay away from the property.
