Elbert Dale Warnock, 81 of Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away Feb. 5, 2021, in Bridgeport Nursing and Rehab. He was born in South Shore, KY, on April 15, 1939, a son of the late Raymond Warnock and Lorraine Barnhart. He was a Marine Veteran and U.S. Navy.
Preceded in death by one son, James Mullins, one daughter, Janie Warnock.
Surviving are his wife, Rebeckey Warnock, one son, Steven Todd Warnock of Portsmouth, Ohio, one brother, James Robert Warnock of Beaver, Ohio, sister, Kathy Crawford of Dayton, Ohio, seven grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2021, at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY with Pastor Adam Satterfield, officiating. Burial will follow in Murray Cemetery, South Shore. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 till 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2021, and one hour before the service time on Wednesday. Due to Covid restrictions mask and social distancing are required.
