Infant Elias Rayne Adkins, two-week-old beloved son of Sophia McCann and Austin Adkins of Portsmouth passed away Monday February 13, 2023, at home. He was born January 27, 2023, in Portsmouth. During this short time we were blessed with this precious baby boy who was soon called to be with the Lord.
Elias is also survived by three brothers, Caydan Young, Blaze Young and Liam Adkins; grandparents, Regina Grant, James Grant, Ben McCann, Tammy Adkins and Ronald Adkins; great- grandparents, Sarah Lewis, Glenda McCann and Nora Adkins; aunts and uncles, Ben McCann Jr. and Meagan Conover, Sarah (Brett) Johnson, Katlyn Adkins, Justin Grant, Caleb Colley, and several other aunts and uncles.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Thursday February 16, 2023 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in New Boston. A gathering of family and friends will be from 1 to 2 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
