Elizabeth “Betty” Joy Bloomer, 92, of West Portsmouth, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at her home.
Visitation will be Sunday from 6 to 9 P.M. at the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home and Monday from noon until 1 P.M at Turkey Creek Free Will Baptist Church.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 P.M. Monday at Turkey Creek Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. David Sibole officiating, followed by interment in Friendship Cemetery.
