Noisy neighbors can be a pain, and many areas have noise ordinances that force people to keep it down. One Mohawk Drive neighbor learned that’s not the case everywhere when they called in a complaint just before 7:30 p.m.
The caller said their neighbor’s garage band was making way too much noise at a residence. However, dispatch explained that there is no county noise ordinance.
However, since there was a deputy patrolling in the area, they spoke to the music makers, who agreed to turn it down.
