George R. Steele, 75, born in Baltimore, Maryland June 3, 1950. Entered heaven’s gates May 30, 2026. Waiting there for him, to return to her side, was his beloved wife Shirley Irene Steele.
George enjoyed a quiet life with his family and loved tending to his flowers.
George is survived by his children Jeannie (Ernest) Timberman, Matt Steele, Heath (Heather) Steele, Hank Steele, and Sonny (Christy) Steele. Eight granddaughters Sonnie (Dillon) Hernandez, Gidget (Michael Kerns) Timberman, Chelsea Steele, Megan Kerns, Lillyan McClellan, Haylee (Brittani) Steele, Felecia Steele and Angel Steele. Six grandsons Cody (Alexis) Timberman, Trey (Courtney) Timberman, Ethan Timberman, Gatlin Steele, Slayter Steele, Caden Bowen and Braiden Bennett. George had many, many great-grandchildren to keep him on his toes.
A celebration of life will be held at a later time for his family.
