Just after 10 am, a man contacted Portsmouth Police to say someone stole his Black Dodge Ram truck near Portsmouth Feed and Supply.
The truck was last seen heading toward the 2nd Street Bridge on its way to the West Side. Officers took information for a report and had the victims sign grand theft auto paperwork.
Police also notified the Ohio State Patrol and entered the vehicle into a database of stolen cars.
