Grandma Threatens to Put Disobedient Teen Through The Wall
Police responded to a Portsmouth home after a teenager said their grandmother threatened to throw them through a wall.
When officers arrived at the scene, they learned the custodial grandma was in an argument with the teen, who tried to run out the door but was stopped by grandma.
Officers advised both parties on better ways to handle disagreements.
Homeless Man Raises Suspicion on Wayne Avenue
Just after 6 am, police responded to a report of a man getting high inside a vehicle parked near the dumpsters at Wayne and Kendall Avenue.
When officers spoke to the man, he explained that he sleeps in his car. Police said he did not appear intoxicated, and there was no evidence of drugs.
Officers reminded him that this was private property. However, unless PMHA asked officers to bar the man from the property, they had no power to make him leave.
