A grandpa drove directly to the Sheriff’s Office with his grandson to report an assault. Officers said the man walked into the lobby of the office to report his grandson had assaulted him and injured his right ear. He said the grandson was out in his vehicle, and something needed to be done about him.

Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies took photos of the man’s injuries and then went out to his car to arrest the boy for domestic violence. Officers transported him to the Lawrence County Juvenile Detention Center.
