Gun Seized After Man Terrorizes Apartment Residents
Officers took a man into custody and seized a weapon after a late-night incident at the Hunter Apartments on 7th Street.
Just before 2 am, witnesses reported a man banging on doors. When officers arrived on the scene, they took a man into custody.

A witness on the scene helped officers locate a gun allegedly involved in the incident, and officers also towed a vehicle from the scene.
Police booked Patrick Lamar Cook into the Scioto County Jail on charges of disorderly conduct and abduction. Cook’s bond was set at $75,000.
