A 10 a.m. call to 911 sent Scioto County Sheriff’s Deputies racing to Duis Avenue in Wheelersburg after reports of three suspicious men in a burgundy SUV—one of them armed.
The caller described the trio as:
- One in a gray hoodie with dark pants
- One in a black T-shirt and jeans
- One in a camo hoodie with a red ball cap
Deputies quickly arrived, detained all three men, and identified Zachary Hall Jr. as the suspect with the firearm. Hall was arrested on a charge of aggravated menacing and booked into the Scioto County Jail. A check of current inmates indicates Hall has already been released, and there aren’t any charges filed against him in Portsmouth Municipal Court yet.
