Harley Davidson “Mac” Baker, age 39, peacefully passed away at Bridgeport Nursing Home in Portsmouth, Ohio on April 8th, 2024. Family and nurses were with him during his passing.

Harley is survived by his daughter Rachel Baker, age 9, of Portsmouth, Ohio. Younger sister April Dingus (Joshua) of Portsmouth, Ohio, two older brothers Jimmy Meadows and Jason Meadows of Portsmouth, Ohio, Three Aunts: Tracey Boyd (Jack), of Portsmouth, Ohio; Anna Brown (Kenny) of Columbus, Ohio and Catherine Genteer of Columbus, Ohio. One niece, Alexis Stone of Portsmouth, Ohio. Four nephews: Damion Stone of Portsmouth, Ohio; Levi Stone of Portsmouth, Ohio; Landon Dingus of Sciotoville, Ohio and Teddie Hobbs of Portsmouth, Ohio. A great nephew and many cousins and close friends.

Harley is preceded in death by his mother: Cynthia Hobbs; his father, Dennis Baker; his step-father, Everett “Butch” Hobbs; his older sister, Dorothy Broughton; and his younger brother, David Burton.

Harley was born in Columbus, Ohio on November 8, 1984. He grew up in Portsmouth, Ohio where he graduated high school. He went on to Hocking College for Culinary Arts. Harley loved to cook, play basketball, play poker and always made time for friends and family. He was a great father to his daughter, and she was his whole world. A great brother, son, sibling, and best friend.

Harley is flying high with his family that he missed dearly. We have peace knowing he is surrounded by God and his loved ones. He is no longer suffering! He is and always will be loved and missed by everyone his life ever touched.
