Heart Attack Behind the Wheel – Semi Driver Calls For Help

Just after 5 pm, a man driving a semi on St. Rt. 823 called 911 to say he thought he was having a heart attack.  

He told dispatch he would pull over on Southbound St. Rt. 823 near the Rt. 52 Interchange and wait for help. The man provided a description of his truck.  

Dispatch contacted the Ohio State Patrol to handle any possible traffic control issues, and an ambulance headed to the scene. The squad located the truck within minutes and transported the driver to the hospital.
