With officers in pursuit, the reckless driver ran a red light, narrowly dodging cars at the intersection before swerving into oncoming lanes to pass traffic on the bridge. Once across the river and into Huntington, Cullum finally gave up, pulling over on 3rd Avenue—where officers ordered him out at gunpoint and placed him in cuffs.
