High Times at the Dairy Queen

An officer took care of two calls at the Dairy Queen on Friday afternoon. Just before 11:30 am, a woman told police she spotted the car that hit her vehicle and took off back in February. She said the car was currently in the drive-thru.

The car had left the scene by the time officers arrived. Police took information for a report.

While the officer was at the restaurant, the manager reported a man was in their bathroom doing drugs and had refused to leave. Police spoke to the man, and he agreed to leave.

Forty-five minutes later, police responded to a report of a man lying in the grass near King’s Daughters Hospital. Witnesses said he was scratching his head and talking to himself.

Officers realized it was the same guy from the Dairy Queen. Police took him into custody for disorderly conduct. It was his 22nd arrest.
