ICE CREAM & LIQUOR BANDITS STRIKE SCIOTO COUNTY!

Sticky Fingers

Some thieves steal cash—these crooks stole dessert and drinks! Portsmouth police are on the lookout for two sets of sticky-fingered suspects who helped themselves to treats around town.

FROZEN FELONS ON THE RUN
A man and woman waltzed into the Marathon Station and walked out with several tubs of ice cream—without paying!

Police searched Linden Avenue, but the duo vanished into an alley, escaping onto Kendall Avenue.

BOOZE BURGLARS STRIKE AT 4 AM
Meanwhile, in the county, two other thieves had a different craving—alcohol. Around 4 AM, two men helped themselves to some liquor at the Briar Patch before casually strolling toward nearby apartments.

Caught on camera—but still unidentified— officers told employees to call if the booze bandits showed up again.

BOWLING ALLEY BOUNCE-OUT
Over at Sunset Bowling Lanes, an unwanted guest refused to leave—until police arrived.

Officers escorted the man out and hit him with trespass papers, but he wouldn’t sign them. Guess he didn’t like being told to strike out! 🎳

Portsmouth police are keeping an eye out—but one thing’s for sure: crime never takes a day off, even for ice cream and liquor! 🚔
