An inmate at the Scioto County Jail revealed a shocking plan to poison a neighbor with deadly fentanyl.
A mental health worker interviewing the inmate contacted officers after the man confessed he was thinking about putting fentanyl on some putty and applying it under the door handle of his neighbor’s car.
It’s dangerous to touch fentanyl because it can be absorbed through the skin and cause serious health problems, including respiratory distress, seizures, and even death.
The mental health worker told officers she had a duty to contact the neighbor to report the threat.
