Intoxicated Woman Takes Herself to Jail

An intoxicated woman saved officers a step and took herself directly to jail.  The Scioto County Sheriff’s Office called Portsmouth Police around 5:30 am to report an impaired person was beating on the door of the Sally Port.   PPD responded to the scene and took Faith Wright Johnson into custody for drunk and disorderly conduct.
