Under The Influence

Bad Blood on Winchester Avenue

Officers were called to intercede in a neighborhood dispute on Winchester Avenue at 1:19 pm. A man told police his family had a verbal dispute with the neighbors and their dog lunged at him.

He said this neighbor complains when they work in their garage or in the alley and that she began behaving erratically and screaming at his wife. The woman also said her dog would attack him, then later claimed it was not her dog.

When officers spoke to the woman, she said nothing like that happened, it must be someone else. Police noted that she was fascinated with their body cams and kept pointing out that she owned her home while the neighbors were renters.

Police advised both on measures to get along.
