James Roger Myers, 72, of West Portsmouth, died at his residence. Born on March 4, 1948, in Portsmouth, he was a son of the late Homer Allen and Helen Lauth Myers and was a computer programmer.
Jim was a proud U.S. Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War.
Surviving are a son, Roger Myers, four brothers, Alan Myers, Stephen Myers, Evan Myers, and Robert Myers, a sister, Marica (Bill) Tipton of Stout, and several nieces and nephews.
Also preceding Jim in death were two sisters, Carol Warner, and Marie Ray.
Arrangements are under the direction of the BRANT FUNERAL SERVICE IN SCIOTOVILLE.
The flags on the avenue, along with the U.S. Air Force flags, will fly in proud veteran James Myers.
