Jerry L. Hall Jr, 60 of West Portsmouth, died Friday May 5, 2023 at his home. He was born September 29, 1962 in Portsmouth to the late Jerry L. and Adeline “Sis” Hall Sr.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lloyd and Samantha Hall and a niece Amanda Timberlake.
Jerry was an Iron Worker. He loved life and was a fun loving guy. He was fun to be around, his laughter was contagious. He would help anyone with anything. He also loved kids and played Santa Clause for many years.
Jerry was happily engaged for 24 years to Angie Shepherd who survives, he is also survived by 3 stepsons: Brian, Eric and Mark McCormick, 2 brothers: James E. Hall and Jason M. Hall, 2 sisters Jodi Hall Eldridge and Samantha Hall Robinson, he was blessed to be called Papaw by 10 grandchildren, also surviving are several nieces, nephews and many friends.
