Jimmy Dean Winn, 46, of Portsmouth, died June 9, 2024, at his home. He was born February 23, 1978, in Portsmouth to the late Rufford and Maltie (Spencer) Winn, who survives.
Jimmy enjoyed watching competitive fighting, had a great sense of humor, loved to laugh and make those around him laugh, and enjoyed walking around his community.
Along with his mother, he is survived by four brothers: Joey, Brian (Sherry), Jeff, and Rufford (Lina) Winn Jr.; a sister, Loretta Chapman; several nieces, nephews, and many aunts and uncles.
