Joanna Sue Powell, 73, of Portsmouth passed away Sunday, March 28, 2021, at River Run Healthcare of Portsmouth. Born October 2, 1947, in Scioto County, a daughter of the late Herman and Cora J. McCoy Powell, she was a 1965 Minford High School graduate and a former computer word process operator.
She is survived by cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister Eleanor L. Powell. A special thanks to River Run Healthcare for the love and care of Joanna
