Jocelyne Madeline Emma (Guerif) Sexton, 80, of Lucasville, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at her home in Lucasville, Ohio. She was born in Besne, France, on November 28, 1944, a daughter of the late Charles William Guerif and Genevieve M. Cartal Guerif.

She was a loving mother, dedicated wife, and passionate lover of life. She, along with her husband and son, owned and operated “Tiny’s Dairy Bar” in Clarktown, Ohio, and was affectionately known as “Tiny” by its patrons. Jocelyne was a passionate bowler and was well-known in several local leagues.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Clinton Sexton, and one sister, Ghislaine Fulon.

Left behind to cherish her memory are one son, Clinton Charles Dominique (Danielle Mozal) Sexton of Plain City, Ohio, along with several other family and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services will be 1 P.M. Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky, with Very Rev D. Andrew Canon Garner KHS, officiating. Burial will follow at Mt Zion Cemetery in South Shore, Kentucky. Visitation will be on Tuesday at the funeral home from 11 A.M. until the funeral hour. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation in her name to their preferred Veterans’ foundation or organization.
