Judith “Judy” Aurelia DeCamp Arbaugh, of Wheelersburg, passed away July 6, 2023 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth. Judy was born June 7, in Ashville, Ohio to the late Thomas Lowe DeCamp and Sadie Irene York DeCamp.

Judy was a 1954 graduate of Wheelersburg High School. She was employed at Martings Department Store and later at Advantage Home Health Care as an office assistant. Judy was a member of Church Of Christ.

In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by baby daughter Arbaugh lost at birth, five brothers , John, William”Bill”, Tom, Dan, Donald “Butch” DeCamp and a sister, Peggy DeCamp Young.

Judy is survived by her children, Byron Arbaugh, Deanna Arbaugh McNeil, and Darrell Arbaugh; a sister, Becky DeCamp Teagarden; her grandchildren Darrell(Sarah) Arbaugh, Jr., Cameron(Mary) Arbaugh, Ethan Arbaugh, Sara(Mark) McNeil Titcomb, Jordan(Levi) Arbaugh, Erin McNeil; her great grandchildren, Coleton, Connor, Hailey, Madison, Bryce, and Bexleigh; and many nephews and nieces.

A memorial service for Judy will be held at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg during the first week of September.

The family would like to thank the staff at Concord Health And Rehabilitation Center, and SOMC Hospice.
