Judy K Spencer, 70 of West Portsmouth, died Thursday, December 28, 2023, at her home. She was born January 22, 1953, in Portsmouth to the late Janet Hayes.
Judy is survived by her longtime companion Ralph Hodge and a stepdaughter Rachael Duncan.
