Karen Sue Piatt, 76
Karen Sue “Katie” Piatt, 76 of West Portsmouth, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday August 22, 2023 at her home. She was born February 6, 1947 in Portsmouth, to the late Harlan and Margaret Hill Feagans.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ronald Lee Piatt , whom she married on August 9, 1997.
Karen retired from Star Workshop.
Karen is survived by 2 sons: Timothy Phillip (Jessica) Wolfe and Casey Jay (Lorna) Wolfe, 2 daughters:, Rebecca Lynn (Jeffrey) Isaac and Amy Jessica (Chad) Piatt. 2 stepsons: Heath Landon Piatt and Seth Lyndon Piatt, a stepdaughter, Paige Elizabeth Piatt, a sister, Sharon K. Ober, 24 grandchildren: Kaitlyn(Jarod) Soto, Caroline Webb, Maykala Isaac, Tyler Isaac, Zach Isaac, Tiffany (Nick) Semento, Jordan Sayre, Chandler Wolfe, Ian Wolfe, Kaelee (Bryson) Leavitt, Alathea Wolfe, Deaglan Wolfe, Aviawna Wolfe, Cassie (Charlie) Howard, Trent (Lena) Kozee, Karlie (Brandon) Daulton, Kenzie (Ryan) Dwyer, Morgan (Heath) Thomas, Kennedy (Kitsy) Piatt, Collin Piatt, Zane Piatt, Lainey Piatt, Evan Brickey, and Peyton Donini, 18 great-grandchildren: Harlow Soto, Everett Soto, Raelee Maynard, Leighton Maynard, Mo Kozee, LT Kozee, Wes Kozee, Ky Kozee, Emery Daulton, Oakley Daulton, Kallie Dwyer, Kylie Dwyer, Karlie Dwyer, Emery Thomas, Nataly Thomas, Paisley Piatt, Joel Piatt, and Ellie Piatt, along with brother and sister in laws and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday August 27, 2023 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral home in West Portsmouth with Charles Roe officiating. Interment will be in Friendship Cemetery.
