Kentucky Fugitive Arrested in Portsmouth
Portsmouth Police found a Kentucky fugitive in an 8th Street residence.
Kentucky State Police contacted Portsmouth Officers and asked them to find a man with an open warrant whom they suspected was at an 8th Street home.

Police responded to the scene and took Michael Defoe into custody for being a fugitive from justice. The 50-year-old man also has a record of arrests in Ohio as well.
Previous arrests include disorderly conduct, driving under a suspension, and drug possession.
