Kids Vanish After Mom’s Arrest

According to the caller, the children's mother had been arrested the night before, and the children were believed to be staying with their grandmother at a residence that the caller claimed was in poor condition. The caller also expressed concerns about the grandmother's health and ability to care for the children. 🚨 POLICE FIND NO ONE HOME When officers arrived at the residence, they received no answer despite multiple attempts to make contact. Police noted that a garage on the property had previously been condemned, but the report does not indicate the residence itself was condemned. Unable to locate anyone at the home, officers spoke further with the caller, who said she learned of the mother's arrest through a Facebook post. 👀 CHILDREN'S SERVICES CONTACTED Police then contacted Children's Services to determine whether the agency had been notified after the mother's arrest. According to the report, a Children's Services representative checked with a supervisor and advised that the agency had not been contacted regarding the arrest.
