The conflict between a Summit Street landlord and tenants heated up just after 4:30 pm. The tenants contacted police to say the landlord was throwing them out and had pointed a shotgun at them.
When officers arrived at the scene, they got permission to search the home from the owner but located no shotgun.
About an hour later, the tenant called back again to say the landlord had broken his TV and his dresser. When officers arrived at the scene, they observed no broken items and warned the people if they called 9-1-1 again for a non-emergency call, they would be arrested.
