Some residents of a local rental property contacted the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office to report their landlord was menacing them as they moved out of his property.

Officers spoke to the landlord and told him to stay out of the tenants’ way. He said he had a garage on the property and planned to sit at the garage while they moved. Officers reminded him not to have contact with the tenants.
Officers observed he didn’t say anything to them but did shine the lights of his vehicle on them and recorded video while they moved out.
