A concerned neighbor called the police around 8 am when she spotted three small children on the roof of a home in the 1600 block of Jackson with no adult in sight.
When officers arrived at the home, they spoke with the 16-year-old sister tasked with babysitting the children. She told police she had no idea they were even awake yet.
Police advised her to watch them closely and keep them away from the windows.
