A school football locker room became the scene of a disturbing assault when one student says teammates ganged up on him, restraining him with workout bands, hitting him, and leaving him terrified for his safety. 

The teen’s mother wasted no time filing a report with deputies, saying she feared the incident might be brushed aside because of the other boys’ family connections in the community.
