More issues with loose dogs causing problems in Portsmouth. This time, a Sherman Road resident contacted Portsmouth Police at 4:13 pm to report two large dogs on her porch.
She said the animals prevented her from entering her home. Police called for animal control.
The dogs left the porch but remained in the area. No one in the neighborhood knew who the dogs belonged to. Witnesses said the dogs headed north to Coles Blvd. Animal Control was advised of the situation.
