Loretta Sue (Compton) McGraw, 76, of Portsmouth, passed away Thursday, June 15, 2023, at River Run Healthcare of Portsmouth. She was born June 24, 1946, in Pikeville, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Glen and Hester Risner Compton.
She is survived by two sons, Jeff (Teresa) McGraw, and Clint (Missey) McGraw; eight grandchildren, Brittany (Gabe) Havens, Lindsey (Corey) Newman, Paige (Shannon) Goodwin, Dakota McGraw, Cheyanne McGraw, Steven (Destiny) McGraw, Seth (Gabi) McGraw, Brandon (Leah) Woodward; thirteen great-grandchildren, Jean Oliver McGraw, Freya McGraw, Greyson Woodward, Elijah Woodward, Zeke Woodward, Tyson Havens, Malachi Havens, Mya Harper, Koen Newman, Taryn Newman, Cayson Goodwin, Ainsley Goodwin, Talon Goodwin, and one sister, Pauline Warren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Oliver Glen McGraw, and one brother, Glenn Edward Compton.
A memorial service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford, with Pastor Brett McGraw officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. prior to the service.
