Another Speedway incident. Now, in Lucasville.
A caller told dispatchers for the Scioto County Sheriff’s office that a male and female in a dark gray sport utility vehicle were nodding out near the ice machine.
Someone asked them if they were OK, and the man held up a needle, according to the caller.
Once a deputy arrived, it was determined that the tag came from a small red vehicle.
Further investigation revealed that the man had a felony warrant out of another county.
27-year-old Cory Perkins was taken into custody without bond and transported to jail pending extradition.
