Lucasville Woman Sexually Harassed by Cousin

The social worker for a disabled Lucasville woman contacted deputies to report the woman’s cousin had been sexually harassing her.

The man had repeatedly come to the client’s home and been inappropriate. The woman told officers he’d recently come to her home intoxicated and groped her.

The victim was recovering from male to female transition surgery and was in no physical condition to defend herself from the unwanted advances.

She told him to leave and not come back, but he returned to the home several days later. She contacted her social worker at the VA to report the incident.

Deputies advised her to file gross sexual imposition charges or to file for a protection order.

The woman said she would file a protection order.
