Woman Threatens Neighbor With Knife

A Findlay Avenue caller reported his neighbor was banging her head on the wall and talking to herself. When he asked the woman to keep it down, she came at him with a knife.

An ambulance transported the woman to the hospital.

Helping The Homeless

Officers responded to Buffalo Wild Wings for a report of a man chasing a woman. He’d left the scene by the time they arrived, but they transported the woman to a homeless shelter for the night.

Man Airlifted After Accident at American Legion

EMS and police responded after a man hit his head at the American Legion Post on Court Street.

An ambulance transported him to the Air Evac Helipad.

Woman Accuses Neighbor of Abusing Dog

Just after 10 pm, a 5th Street caller told police she witnessed a neighbor abusing her dog. She claimed she saw the woman kick the animal and had a video of her abusing it.

The officer watched the video and saw no sign of animal abuse. The officer spoke to the dog’s owner who allowed the officer to look at the animal. Again, there was no sign of animal abuse. However, the officer planned to contact animal control to follow up.
