A traffic accident at the corner of 11th and Offnere Streets around 3:30 p.m. ended with one person in custody.
Officers and EMS responded to the scene, and a tow truck was called in to remove a vehicle. Police discovered one man had an open warrant from another county to hand him over. Police took information for a crash report and an arrest.
There was another serious accident on Mabert Road just before midnight. A vehicle flipped over after a crash.
Officers launched a crash investigation and arranged for the vehicles to be towed. Police issued a citation for failure to control.
