Wanted criminals hiding out in public housing is a big problem in the area. Tax dollars meant to make sure kids, disabled people, and the elderly have a safe place to live, end up paying for shelter for all sorts of miscreants and even housing dangerous drug operations.
Police once again arrested an individual with a long record in Wayne Hills, this time in the 1800 block of Kendall Avenue.
Officers took 46-year-old Conway Kilcoyne into custody for the 20th time after responding to a report of a suspicious person. Officers picked him up back in early May for a breaking and entering indictment but released him after three days.
His previous arrests include probation violation, driving under a suspension, domestic violence, violating a protection order, OVI, drug possession, drug abuse, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle,
