Some people can’t seem to stay out of jail and oftentimes keep officers busy busting them for continually breaking the law.
A man with 21 arrests to his credit added number 22 after police responded to an incident on 29th Street. A caller said a man was causing a disturbance at his grandmother’s home despite the fact there was an active protection order.
Police took 28-year-old Kody Louderback into custody for the 21st time for violating a protection order. His previous arrests include multiple counts of disorderly conduct and probation violation, breaking and entering, resisting arrest, obstructing official business, vandalism, and OVI.
