Just after 1 pm, a man called 9-1-1 to report his girlfriend’s other boyfriend broke into his Fifth Street home and was beating him up. When officers arrived at the home, they arrested Travis Chevalier for assault. The 32-year-old man has previously been in the Scioto County Jail for a charge of parole violation.
