Portsmouth Police arrested a man on multiple charges after a woman reported her boyfriend assaulted her early Sunday morning. Officers and an ambulance responded to the scene, and police took Austin Lansing into custody for domestic violence, strangulation, failure to report, and failure to appear. Police collected DNA evidence and took information for a report.
