Man Arrested for the 80th Time
A troubled homeless man, who many regard as a symbol of the area’s failure to find adequate solutions to those with chronic mental health conditions, was arrested for the 80th time.
A local business contacted PPD to report he was back on their property despite being barred. Police took him into custody. This was his 17th arrest of 2022.
So far this year, he’s been arrested for:

7/14/22 – Arrested for criminal trespass & probation violation
7/07/22 – Arrested for criminal trespass
7/01/22 – Arrested for criminal trespass
6/09/22 – Arrested for probation violation
5/28/2022 – Probation violation
5/20/2022 – Disorderly conduct
5/28/2022 – Criminal Trespass
4/08/2022 – Disorderly Conduct
3/13/2022 – Criminal trespass & probation violation
2/23/2022 – Criminal trespass
2/22/2022 – Criminal trespass
2/20/2022 – Disorderly Conduct
2/18/2022 – Disorderly Conduct
2/14/2022 – Criminal Trespass
Officers booked him into the Scioto County Jail where he was immediately released per the court.
