A man who copped a plea on a drug charge and was sentenced to probation back in March, found himself back behind bars after officers stopped him riding a bike on Jackson Avenue just before 6 am.

Officers took Christian Scarberry into custody for a probation violation. The Scioto County Grand Jury indicted him last year on three counts of aggravated drug possession.
Officers booked him into the Scioto County Jail.
