Portsmouth Police had a challenging time investigating a theft report. Around 3:30 p.m., a man claimed he had been robbed and asked a neighbor for help.
When officers arrived, they discovered the man was extremely intoxicated and had urinated on himself. He told officers his girlfriend knocked him down and took his TV. Police had a hard time understanding his story as he was highly intoxicated. But he didn’t want to press charges.

They called medics to check him out, but he refused treatment. He fell asleep on the sofa while the first responders were there.
